Bake in preheated 375ºF (190ºC) oven for 15 minutes until digital instant-read thermometer inserted into several meatballs reads 160°F (71°C). 2. Meanwhile, heat oil over medium-high heat in large nonstick skillet; Add onion wedges, yellow and orange peppers, oregano, salt and pepper, Cook, stirring, for about 8 minutes or until vegetables are softened and slightly golden. 3. Serve meatballs with vegetables and dressing for dipping.
