Combine parsley, green onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt and pepper with a fork. Beat in egg and 2 tbsp (30 mL) water. Mix in ground beef and bread crumbs. Scoop a heaping 2 tablespoonsful (30 mL) and squeeze into a small sausage shape on skewer. Repeat to make 12 skewers. Set aside.
Golden Grilled Vegetables: Scatter onions and red pepper in centre of large square of double-thickness heavy-duty foil. Drizzle with oil, ¼ cup (60 mL) steak sauce, salt and pepper; toss to coat. Cover with another square of double-thickness foil; seal edges tightly.
Grill vegetable packet over medium heat in a closed barbecue for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Meanwhile, place skewers on greased grill over medium heat; close lid and grill for about 12 minutes, turning once until digital instant-read thermometer inserted sideways into centre of each reads 160°F (71°C).
Remove meat and vegetables from grill. Slit top of foil packet and fold back. Set aside. Grill pitas, turning once, for about 2 minutes or until warmed.
