Grilled Cheeseburger Wedge Salad

Here are the following ingredients:

  • 1 lb (500 g) Lean Ground Beef Patties
  • ½ cup (125 mL) Thousand Island salad dressing
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 small head iceberg lettuce, cut into 4 wedges
  • 1 cup (250 mL) halved grape tomatoes
  • ½ cup (125 mL) EACH shredded Cheddar cheese and sliced dill pickles

Follow these cooking methods/directions:

  1. Grill patties on a lightly oiled grill over medium-high heat in a closed barbecue for 10 to 14 minutes for ¾-inch (2 cm) thick patties, turning twice or more, or until digital instant-read thermometer inserted sideways into centre of each patty reads 160°F (71°C).

  2. Meanwhile, whisk salad dressing with mustard in a small bowl.

  3. Divide lettuce wedges among 4 plates, top each with a cooked patty, tomatoes, Cheddar and pickles; drizzle with dressing mixture.
