Garlic-Sautéed Mushrooms

A simple grilled, broiled or pan-fried steak or burger turns into a restaurant-worthy dish with the addition of perfectly seasoned, sautéed mushrooms. The trick is to cook the mushrooms long enough to release and evaporate the liquid for a deep, caramelized flavour.
